Simon, an Englishman and the proud father of one son and a daughter is based in Taipei.
After working as a Research and Development chemist for some 7 years for pharmaceutical companies in Fareham and Cambridge, England, Simon decided to take a year out to travel. It was during a stint in Australia that Simon was introduced to the loyalty marketing business. Beginning as a part time telemarketer in Sydney in 1989, Simon worked his way up into senior management roles in South Africa and Australia before being asked to head up a new division in Europe for the same multinational corporation in 1992.
Simon moved to Taiwan and established GMS Taiwan in 1996. When Simon is not travelling, you might find him with his family at church on Sundays, trying to kite surf, or during the winter months with skis buried in the powder snow of Hokkaido.
Geoff, also an Englishman and proud father of three beautiful daughters is based in Ho Chi Minh City.
Geoff started his working life with British Airways in cargo management and later went to the US to train as a commercial pilot. A period of some years was spent flying in South Africa and other locations before joining DHL in Perth, Australia. Geoff spent 9 years working all over the world for DHL and ended his career with them at Head Office in Brussels as Worldwide Marketing Services & Communications Manager.
Geoff then moved to Australia and into the hotel industry where he gained over 17 years of experience acting in Vice President roles for Asia Pacific with Choice Hotel International, Summit Hotels & Resorts and Golden Tulip.
Geoff also established and operated a Hotel Management company with hotels in Indonesia and Australia. Geoff joined Simon in opening GMS (Asia Pacific) Limited in 1999.
When Geoff is not traveling, working or with his daughters you'll probably find him walking on the beach in Phu Quoc or catching up on some good movies.

Richard is a Dutch national and is based with his wife and two daughters in Singapore. With more than 20 years of experience in the hotel loyalty membership business, both throughout Europe and Asia, Richard overlooks the loyalty division for Asia Pacific. Richard also takes the lead role for GMS Group’s business development and is the main point of contact for all loyalty related projects in APAC.
When not traveling he is likely to be out exploring with his wife and kids, watching a good movie, trying out new restaurants or simply relaxing at home.
Born in the Middle East, of mixed heritage, Stephen grew up in the UK and launched his career in the Hotel Loyalty Membership space in 1995, training as a Program Manager at The Grosvenor House Hotel in London, England. After assuming responsibility for this project, he then went on to manage programs in Europe, The Middle East and Asia , before working his way up to Operations Manager for the Middle East in 1999. After a successful stint in Dubai, Stephen moved his focus to Business Development and was promoted to BD Director for Asia Pacific in 2001, based in Singapore. Following a company acquisition in 2003, he took on several other regional management roles before being made General Manager, Greater China for Accor Plus in 2017. Based at the GMS regional office in Ho Chi Minh City, Stephen is responsible for the company’s business development drive in Greater China and New Markets, as well as supporting our regional teams on key account management.
Away from work, Stephen likes sport, both competing and as a spectator. He also enjoys travelling and visiting new places, family and friends around the world. Through a mix of business and pleasure, Stephen has been fortunate to visit many wonderful cities, taking long driving trips, meeting interesting people and learning about new cultures.
Baljit is based in New Delhi, India and is an ambitious performance driven professional. He has been working in the hotel loyalty space since 1999, with international and domestic hotel brands in India, Bangladesh and Middle East. Baljit is responsible for all aspects for GMS’ business in South Asia.
When not travelling or working, he likes watching movies, reading, trying new cuisines and spending time with his son.
Amy, a Chinese national, started her career in the telemarketing industry and subsequently moved to Hong Kong and Macau in 1994 to lead a team of over 300 staff in the then rapidly expanding telecommunications industry before joining GMS. With over 25 years of senior management experience in tele-sales, including 20 years focused on hotel loyalty programs, Amy now oversees the company’s day-to-day management and sales operations for Mainland China, based at our offices in Guangzhou.
When not traveling Amy enjoys relaxing at home, having fun and looking for good food with her family. Her favourite past-time is indulging in massages.
Amrinder is a post-graduate certificate holder in International Hospitality Operations from Les Roches, Switzerland and an English Literature graduate from Symbiosis, India.
He worked for 2 years with the Dolce Hotels and Resorts in the US and France before returning home to India and entering into the field of F&B loyalty programs for leading hotel brands in India for over 6 years. Having held multiple roles with GMS, Amrinder currently overviews operations and all other aspects of business for GMS in APEC excluding South Asia.
Based out of Ho Chi Minh City with his wife and son, Amrinder enjoys running, chess, competing in tennis and watching movies from all genres.
Nancy, based in Singapore, is a Chartered Accountant, registered with the ISCA since 2002, and has more than 18 years of relevant experiences in various industries.
As a Chief Financial Officer, Nancy oversees all financial and HR aspects of the GMS Divisions and has a staff structure throughout the region as well as in the Singapore HO. Her key focus is on business performance analysis, credit risk and cash-flow management, as well as strategic business planning.
More than 25 Years of professional experience, results driven with expertise envisioning and leading technology-based. A valued member contributing a seasoned, broad-based perspective to create pragmatic IT strategies and implement plans designed for maximum returns at the lowest possible costs.
On the personal front, Sujeet lives in New Delhi with his wife and two children. During his free time, he loves driving, traveling, reading technology related books and watching cricket on TV (especially when India is playing).
Quyen, a Vietnamese national, graduated with a Masters Degree in Marketing from the Russian State University of Management in Moscow, the city where she spent most of the early part of her life. In 2015 Quyen moved back to Vietnam and with her business partners founded a company that provided interactive entertainment technologies and audio-video advertising solutions.
Following her passion for marketing, Quyen joined GMS in 2020 leading initially the marketing efforts in APEC and more recently the lead role for Asia Pacific as Group Marketing Director.
When Quyen isn't working you can find her chilling with her two adopted stray cats, writing a new fiction book or enjoying rafting with her partner.
